This unit is intended to supply pressurized hydraulic fluid to downstream hydraulic systems (cylinders, valves, actuators) and manage thermal conditions of the fluid. The motor, when energized, drives the hydraulic pump, which draws fluid from the reservoir, pressurizes it, and sends it through output lines to the system. As hydraulic power is exerted and heat is generated (via inefficiencies, flow, and hydraulic work), the oil’s temperature rises. The integrated heat exchanger (shell & tube) intercepts this heat by transferring it to a cooling fluid (typically water or coolant) flowing through the exchanger, thereby maintaining fluid temperature within operational range.
The TOSVERT-130 GI inverter enables variable motor speed, meaning you can modulate pump flow (and thus hydraulic output) rather than always running at full speed. This allows energy savings, load matching, and smoother start/stop control.
It is ideal for driving hydraulic cylinders, presses, clamps, tooling, or other industrial equipment requiring a constant hydraulic flow and pressure. The inclusion of the Toshiba TOSVERT-130 GI transistor inverter (drive) provides adjustable speed/flow control of the motor-pump assembly, which gives flexibility in matching hydraulic output to load demands.
