Description
This robust evaporative cooling tower is designed to reject process heat via high-efficiency water/air interaction. Warm process water enters the top of the unit, is distributed over internal fill, and contacts downward-flowing ambient air. A fraction of the water evaporates, carrying heat away and cooling the remaining water. The cold water is collected in the basin for reuse in your cooling loop.
What It Does
- Removes unwanted heat from industrial systems
- Uses evaporative cooling to reduce water temperature
- Recirculates cooled water into your process
- Supports temperature control in closed or open water loops
- Capabilities
- Cooling load sized per flow, temperature differential, and ambient wet-bulb
- Modular cell operation (3 fans) for flexible performance
- Built to resist corrosion, scale, and harsh industrial environments
- Long service life with correct maintenance
Core Functions
- Uniform water distribution over cooling fill
